I was commissioned by Beit Romano to lead the production of the event, overseeing all operational and logistical aspects from planning through execution. My responsibilities included full budget management, coordination with participating wineries and vendors, handling technical requirements, and supervising setup and breakdown. I managed multiple stakeholders simultaneously, ensuring a seamless, well-executed event in a fast-paced environment.
