I lead the daily operations and creative output for a diverse portfolio of Tel Aviv’s leading hospitality and nightlife brands, including Nova,  Shahaf, Kissa Jazz Bar, Hakatan, and more.

Responsibilities & Expertise:

• Project Management & Strategy: Overseeing end-to-end project lifecycles, from initial client needs to final delivery, ensuring high standards across all digital and media platforms.

• Creative Briefing: Crafting detailed and precise creative briefs for design, photography, and motion teams, translating brand visions into actionable production plans.

• Full-Scale Production: Managing a high-end production house environment. handling casting, location scouting, and on-set art direction for complex shoot days.

• Design, Photography & Motion Oversight: Coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to produce cutting-edge social content, ensuring a seamless blend of visual aesthetics and movement.

• Operations & Logistics: Responsible for total studio organization, production scheduling, and streamlining workflows to meet the fast-paced demands of the Tel Aviv nightlife scene.

• Staff Training & Mentoring: Developing internal workflows and training team members to maintain peak creative excellence and operational efficiency.
