Design production for the launch of the H&M x Magda Butrym capsule collection, in collaboration with designer Omer Gilony

Led the design execution for the launch event, overseeing all operational and logistical aspects from pre-production through on-site execution. Responsibilities included recruiting and managing staff, coordinating vendors, leading setup and installations, working closely with the designer and production company, supervising on-site operations, and managing the breakdown. Ensured all elements were executed on time, aligned with the creative vision, and delivered to a high production standard.
